These practices were actually the keys to our safety and success. They saved, supported and strengthened us when following the rules didn’t work.

There are some things that only Spirit can fix and achieve.

Our ancestors knew this.

They didn’t separate ritual from results.

They knew that spiritual technology isn't cute self-care, it is foundational technology that is integral to our survival, safety and success.

That knowledge was stripped from us.
Deliberately. Violently. Intentionally.

Because a people who are not in possession of their own power and magic and using it for their own benefit and success are easy to conquer.

But if you return to your power and start operating from that place, you can't be controlled or contained.

The systems of this world are not our source.

I’m a performance improvement consultant by trade and an initiated Priest in an African Traditional practice, but hoodoo, rootwork and conjure raised me. My mission is simple: to help my clients move from their current conditions, results, and reality into the ones they want to live.

My work sits at the intersection of business, psychology, spirit, and how success is actually created and sustained. My frameworks integrate affective science, cultural psychology, and spiritual practice—specifically Rootwork and Conjure—to support people in building success in ways that are sustainable, aligned, and grounded in how they actually live and work.

I’ve spent more than three decades working inside and outside of organizations, developing strategy, guiding leaders, and building systems that produce real results.

I design systems for success that integrate spiritual work with leadership and strategy; work that protects your capacity and supports how you actually want to live and move.
